You need determination in order to be successful and dedication to be in it for the long haul. Are you going to be able to tell the difference straight away without spending weeks committing to it?

I know most people here will say that they have tried before to lose weight and they've tried every program they could find. I say to them I'm glad they are showing commitment so they are on the right track. But I would also warn them of fad diets as they can be very DANGEROUS to your health! Even if you are losing weight, it is not a healthy method of doing so. The program would see you on a safe and healthy diet regime.
